The product was as described, but I would not buy from this company again due to their customer service. The website states delivery within two weeks, yet my order took over a month to arrive. Multiple emails and phone calls went unanswered, and the listed phone number only connects to a cell phone with no business identification. My final attempt to reach out was by text message—again, no reply. Days later, I finally received a shipping notice, but never once did the company communicate with me.
The lack of communication and professionalism made the process frustrating and not worth the trouble, regardless of product quality.
Quality and basket itself are excellent. Love the basket. Unfortunately the bolt holes were off, forcing me to redrill the holes. Figuring that out I stripped the holes on the cart and it now needs to be re-tapped. So while the basket is great the assembly ended up being much more of a hassle than expected.
Tough Part Fab. Did a great job in fulfilling my order in a timely matter.
