Got my D5 hitch and basket I ordered. I absolutely love it. The installation takes about 45 minutes. Product quality is best for these carts. I appreciate Tough Parts Fabrications.
Product was as described and there customer service was amazing as I had one lost part and they sent out another one the next day.
Very well made and the design is perfect!
Overall, the unit was installed very easily. The overall quality of the hitch is top notch. My only criticism would be the bolt length to fasten it to the carts existing frame. To improve the design, I would recommend the bolts are sized accordingly and they have a flat pressure point to attach to the carts frame.
Product received was not as expected. Sent a hitch with paint chipped off. Offered to send paint that I get to paint myself. Didn’t offer any other options.
